How to play Sepak Takraw/Over-the-Line/Ultimate Frisbee
Do you have five friends, some free time, and access to an open space? Maybe it's time to plan your weekend with a new game or two. Let us suggest a few for you if it's not too cold outside...
How to play Sepak Takraw in five easy steps. Extra Ingredients: 1 tennis/volleyball net. 1 Rattan Ball (or a red playground ball or an old lawn chair and some duct tape).
How to play Over-the-Line in six easy steps. Extra Ingredients: 1 softball bat. 1 softball. 6 buckets of sexy (potentially NSFW)
How to play Ultimate in ten easy steps. Extra Ingredients: 1 frisbee. A healthy tolerance for hippies and the smell of marijuana.

Never heard of
Sepak. Might have to give that one a try.
We always called OTL "Indian Ball". I have no idea why, or what that game would have to do with Indians.
A game me and my brother used to play was called "Tackle" It was just one on one football. You got 4 downs to try and score a touchdown. The only way to end a down is to tackle the person. It's kinda like a cross between football and sumo wrestling.

Indian ball?
You and Columbus, dude. Always misidentifying things as being from India.

I'm thinking it's some reference to cricket
We played it with a wiffle ball/bat and would setup a normal infield/outfield, depending on how many players we had. The entire field would be open, not just half of it like OTL.
The basic rules are the same though. Field cleanly for an out. However, the pitcher is a fielder too, so if you hit a weak grounder, the pitcher can field it and record an out (which would just be a hit in OTL).

How to play Over-the-Line
Not that I'm some sort of expert on the subject (okay, maybe I am a little familiar with it), but if you're going to give directions for a game, you ought to give the ones by the group that invented the game and holds the right to the name and who puts on the World Championships. The Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC) in San Diego, CA has a VERY extensive website, including diagrams which are much more accurate than the one you provide. And there are other fun things on the website that can entertain you as well. ;)

But I digress. OTL is a GREAT sport, both for the athletes and the spectators. As a matter of fact, I'd hazard a guess that there are far more spectators of the game than athletes. It's a great fun game for a small group to play on the weekend, or for a huge group on two weekends. And the event is as much of a draw as the actual games. Check it out, and don't let it be said that you can't have fun while competing in team sports.

I agree with all that's said
Except for the fact that the site that I linked to fit in well with my "Easy Steps" criteria for this particular post. As we get closer to the tourney, we will definitely be providing coverage (or lack thereof) of the tourney.
Incidentally, our team in the 48th annual was Dex Can't Come, which spoke to the fact that I was almost not allowed to participate with my team and in no way speaks to my sexual prowess.
My favorite: "Get your wife out of my yard and I'll get my yard out of your wife"
