Here's what I can tell from this video:

Michael Phelps is out of shape.
Anderson Cooper has a background in swimming, though his stroke isn't very smooth you can tell he's had some training.
Anderson Cooper was embarrassed to wear a speedo on TV.

Reasons I distrust Anderson Cooper:
Gray hair when he’s in his 20s (super-villian, probably)
Two last names (Anderson and Cooper)
His show is called Anderson Cooper 360° because when you see it, you turn 360 degrees and walk the F away. (burn!)

Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you?
